Wedding Cupcake Idea – Add Paper Toppers
Cupcakes are cute, but to freshen up the dessert, just add toppers. The bride made these by cutting out bird shapes from pretty, patterned paper, attaching them to toothpicks, then sticking one in each cupcake.
