If you hire a wedding planner for the day, he or she will have a list of every wedding vendor (florist, DJ, caterer, limo, etc.) and their contact phone numbers so last minute problems can be resolved quickly. If you are handling everything on your wedding day yourself, you might consider your Maid of Honor or a competent aunt to be the “go to” person if problems arise.
Many brides take on all the problems themselves, and miss out on just enjoying their day. Plan ahead, make your lists, make copies of all vendor contracts, and organize it all AHEAD OF TIME and pass it on to someone else to “fix” any problems that arise. Enjoy your wedding day!
